Andrew Joseph Leisey, 53, is accused of committing two counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child, one count of aggravated indecent assault of a complainant under 13 years old, two counts of indecent assault, and three counts of corruption of minors, according to the release. Police allege the incidents occurred between 2001 and 2003 and again from 2005 to 2007.
Leisey was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Torrey Landis on Nov. 12. His bail was set at $50,000, which he was unable to post, resulting in his incarceration at Lancaster County Prison, officials said.
The preliminary hearing is scheduled for a later date.
